Regional Director

David Bow brings 20 years of self-storage experience to his role as Regional Director, including more than eight years with StoragePRO Management. He leads District Manager teams within Operations, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive operational performance and initiatives focused on occupancy and revenue growth across his portfolio.

David drives to continuously improve how the business operates. He looks for opportunities to refine processes, introduce innovative solutions, and leverage technology to streamline and automate work wherever possible. By reducing manual effort and building more efficient systems, he helps his teams spend less time on routine tasks and more time on the customers, properties, and results that matter most to ownership.

David is especially passionate about leadership and people development. He is committed to helping his employees grow both personally and professionally, building leaders who take ownership, make thoughtful decisions, and collaborate effectively. His leadership philosophy is grounded in accountability, empowerment, and the belief that the strongest results come from capable people who genuinely care about the business and the assets they manage.
