Jeremy “J.R.” Morgan is a Facilities and Capital Improvements professional with more than 20 years of experience in construction, property management, maintenance, facility operations, and capital project management.
Starting his career in hands-on construction and maintenance, J.R. worked his way into leadership and project management, giving him a strong understanding of facilities from both the field and management perspectives. His experience includes managing teams, vendors, budgets, facility operations, and complex capital improvement projects.
Today, J.R. serves as Senior Facilities & CapEx Manager at StoragePRO and holds both PMP and CFM certifications. He is focused on building strong teams, improving processes, controlling costs, and creating efficient, well-managed facility operations.
