The author of several articles on self-storage financing, management, and development, Mr. Mirabito has presented seminars on various self-storage topics, including California lien sale procedures, successful telephone techniques, management trends, embezzlement prevention, site acquisitions, and entitlement approvals. As a young man working in his grandfather's and father’s grocery stores, he learned “retail is detail” and went on to pioneer the “StoragePRO Way,” as he saw the need for a retail-oriented way of management.
