Steve Mirabito

Founder & President

Steve Mirabito is the President of StoragePRO Management and has been involved in the self-storage industry since 1986. He is routinely named as a “Top 10 Operator” and has served as Chairman Emeritus of the California Self Storage Association. As one of the largest self-storage management operators, he pioneered management systems and training programs utilized throughout the self-storage industry. With his vast knowledge and experience, he is often retained to prepare market feasibility and viability studies and serve as an expert witness regarding self-storage development and operations. The author of several articles on self-storage financing, management, and development, Mr. Mirabito has presented seminars on various self-storage topics, including California lien sale procedures, successful telephone techniques, management trends, embezzlement prevention, site acquisitions, and entitlement approvals. As a young man working in his grandfather's and father’s grocery stores, he learned “retail is detail” and went on to pioneer the “StoragePRO Way,” as he saw the need for a retail-oriented way of management. His intuition was correct, and clients who adopted this management approach have recognized a substantial growth in their asset’s value. Today, the StoragePRO Way’s management concept is universally recognized as a best-practice approach. Self-storage facilities don’t compete… their managers do!

Bringing over 20 years of financial and operational experience in commercial, homebuilding, and multi-family real estate, Adrienne is an effective leader with proven success in accounting, financial reporting, team building, and delivering results to a multitude of end-users. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Adrienne earned her MBA at St. Mary’s College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

She began as a District Manager with Public Storage and eventually became a Regional VP before joining StoragePRO Management in 2018. She is a recognized team leader with a strong commitment to revenue growth, effective operational strategies, and a culture of inclusive empowerment. She has overseen a remarkable 31% growth in the StoragePRO Management portfolio, with a 17% staff expansion and promotion of 15% of staff to new opportunities.

Pablo brings 18 plus years of experience in the self-storage industry holding different Management roles with Public Storage and StorQuest and has been recognized for fostering high-performing cultures with an environment of continuous improvement. Pablo received his Master of Business Administration from Cal State Northridge.
