Senior Regional Director

Kelly Rogers brings 13 years of self-storage experience to his role as Senior Regional Director, including nearly 10 years with StoragePRO Management. He leads Regional and District Manager teams within Operations, supporting approximately 200 employees, while partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional departments to drive operational performance, organizational change, and initiatives focused on occupancy and revenue growth.

At the core of Kelly’s approach is a commitment to protecting and growing the value of the assets entrusted to StoragePRO Management. He understands that every ownership group brings a different perspective, from multigenerational private owners to financial institutions and investment groups but ultimately shares the same expectation: take care of the asset and grow its value.

Kelly is equally passionate about developing people. He focuses on building leaders who take ownership, make thoughtful decisions, collaborate effectively, and continuously develop themselves and those around them.
